The Role

Principal, Art Director – a hands‑on creative leader who partners closely with Copywriters and reports to an Associate Creative Director to bring campaign briefs to life across digital, social, and video channels. The role involves conceptual thinking, sharp design instincts, and video‑first experience to translate strategy into smart, engaging creative that performs.

Note: The position requires onsite presence with the client in a hybrid capacity or willingness to travel up to 50% to the BayArea.

• Deliver high‑impact creative across digital, social, and video touchpoints, focusing on visual storytelling and performance.
