Principal Change Management & Transformation Leader

Fairygodboss is looking for a Principal Consultant in Organization Change Management to lead and design impactful organizational change initiatives. The successful candidate will have at least 7 years of relevant consulting experience and will be responsible for managing client expectations and project deliverables.

Located near Mexico City, this role involves leading teams and driving change for large-scale business transformations while fostering a collaborative environment.

An MBA is preferred and the role may require some travel.
