Principal Financial Analyst - OCI, Infrastructure Ops Finance (Winnipeg)

This role is the connective tissue of the Infra Ops Finance team. We need a versatile, high‑agency finance leader who can consolidate our portfolio‑level reporting, build the processes to operationalize new mega deals into ongoing forecasts, drive automation that helps the team scale, and deliver time‑sensitive strategic analysis when leadership needs answers fast. Serve as the go‑to resource in the team for cross‑functional, time‑sensitive strategic analysis for leadership decision‑making.

Partner with the broader finance team on ad‑hoc analysis, deep dives, and strategic questions as they arise.

Own the financial onboarding of new mega deals after they are approved, building the bridge between deal approvals and finance execution and folding large deals into existing functional forecast processes.
