Job Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, produce, and manage large-scale events with budgets of up to $1.5 million, including IP events, festivals, premieres, gala dinners and resort-wide projects.
• Develop event concepts to drive ticket sales and revenue, and lead the team in preparing proposals and presentations.
• Coordinate communication across multiple business units (licensing, IP partners, production, finance, legal, marketing, sales) and external partners.
• Plan and optimize event resources, including manpower, within budget while managing forecasts and financial reports to ensure profitability.
• Oversee ticketing, sales strategies, and collaborate with marketing to maximize event outreach and promotional effectiveness.
