The Role

The Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive role is an opportunity for a qualified, experienced Solicitor in the Private Client department in our Camborne / Penzance office. The successful candidate will play an active role in building and maintaining client relationships and promoting the department’s services to generate new business across the firm.

Duties / Responsibilities

• Advising clients on all aspects of Private Client matters including, but not limited to, Wills, Administering estates, Powers of Attorney, Deputyships, the Court of Protection, Lifetime trusts
• Managing a designated portfolio of clients and matters to achieve targeted fees
