LPN Position Summary
As a LPN at Laurelwood Health Care, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care. Responsibilities include:
+ Direct the daily activities of the CNAs and ensure policies and procedures are followed by nursing personnel.
+ Participate in admissions, discharges and transfers of residents as required.
+ Assess resident’s conditions, prepare, and administer medications per physician orders.
+ Initiate, review, and update care plans.
+ Report any changes in a resident’s condition to the nurse supervisor and keep them informed of factors that interfere with being able to perform work as assigned.
