Problem Solving Specialist, Shainin Expert

Position Type: Full-time

• Mentor, train and develop associates as Problem Solving Leaders or Sponsors following strategic thinking and a structured method to find and eliminate technical and managerial root causes.
• Support Value Stream organizations by coaching Problem Solving Teams to fix critical and repetitive problems.
• Coordinate Project selection criteria through the Steering Committee (VS, MSE, Plant level) based on how Plant Indicators are affected; assure that selected projects have all resources assigned (Leader, Sponsor, time, etc).
• Coach Problem Solving techniques and strategic thinking; conduct periodic project status reviews with sponsors and leaders.
• Maintain and track JuP1 personnel trained and certified in Problem Solving Methodologies, and the projects implemented by these associates.
