Description
Join our team as a Process Engineer – Optics Transceivers at Molex Guadalajara and play a key role in driving continuous improvement across manufacturing processes within the Optical Connectivity / Optical Transceivers segment.
In this position, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes, while leading productivity, quality, and efficiency improvement initiatives in alignment with technical standards and the Quality Management System. Document standard work processes and train production personnel in compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS).
Lead line balancing initiatives and standard time improvement projects.
Actively support 5 S, EHS, Quality, and Lean programs by following approved practices and procedures, participating in housekeeping activities, and identifying improvement opportunities.
