Process Engineer – Manufacturing, Guadalajara, North Campus

As a Process Engineer at Flex, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing processes across SMT, PTH, polymer, and integration lines. The role supports production, NPI, and transfer projects, drives continuous improvement, and ensures compliance with industry standards.

• Develop, validate, and maintain SMT, PTH, integration, and polymer processes.
• Lead improvement projects focused on yield, defects, scrap, DPMO, and OEE.
• Analyze process and quality data using SPC, failure trend analysis, and Pareto charts.
• Implement and update PFMEA, control plans, and work instructions.
• Provide advanced technical support to production for process failure resolution.
• Participate in NPI, transfers, ramp‑ups, and pilot runs; conduct basic DOE and process validations.
