The Process Engineering Leader has the responsibility to lead and mentor a team of process engineers to drive process improvement initiatives.
The leader is responsible for the development and implementation of process strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
Main Responsabilities:
Ensure that personnel is trained, skilled and assigned to tasks corresponding to their abilities
Implement and monitor methodologies and tools for process control
Support in New Industrializations
Manage, develop, collaborate, and execute strategic projects for the development of the shop
Technical Problem Solving (Troubleshooting)
Requirements:
Analysis and interpretation of technical information
Manufacturing and special processes
Interpretation of geometric tolerances (GD&T)
Project planning
Quality management, continuous improvement and trouble shooting tools
Knowledge of:
