Process Engineer/Scientist, III-V

Overview

Process Engineer or Process Scientist to support the fabrication of microelectronic devices on III-V materials. You will work closely with product owners to develop, optimize and control manufacturing processes, while leading continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Comply with and promote workplace health and safety measures;
• Provide technical support for the fabrication processes of III-V laser emitters and photodiodes;
• Actively participate in troubleshooting process-related issues and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions;
• Contribute to continuous improvement by applying and promoting the Six Sigma methodology in all activities;
• Develop, maintain and optimize automated process control mechanisms;
• Participate in the development, qualification and transfer of processes to production;
