Process Improvement Coordinator - Detail Channel
Process Improvement Coordinators are part of the structure responsible for the transformation of DTS (Direct to Store Channel) processes.
The primary objective is to achieve maximum distribution, optimize resources, and establish DTS as a key driver of growth for Pet Nutrition Mexico, ensuring we win in the traditional Mexican market in the upcoming years.
DTS is projected to become the top demand-generation channel in the future. Therefore, strategic process improvement management and resource allocation will be critical success factors in achieving both top-line and bottom-line KPIs.
To accomplish this, the team and these positions will focus on three main pillars:
- Core Process Improvement
