Process Specialist-Global Trade Ops

Designs, develops, tests, implements, measures and manages Trade Finance processes. Ensures that process design reflects current business strategy and business/stakeholder requirements and supports the desired customer experience. Processes may be related to (but are not limited to) fulfillment, operations, services, etc.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a trusted advisor to assigned business/group.
• Recommends and implements solutions based on analysis of issues and implications for the business.
