Process Technology Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to manufacturing facilities, including ERW mills, pipe finishing operations, heat treat and threading lines, and coupling machining operations.
• Work with all departments to identify and implement opportunities for improvement to improve product quality and performance.
• Address process control/product performance issues with a cross‑functional team using statistical tools and techniques to lead the group to data‑driven solutions.
• Develop trending for quality KPIs such as rejects, rework, downgrades by mill/product, and key process factors.
• Correlate this data to process conditions.
• Publish update reports and provide analysis of the data with necessary action items.
• Work with operations/quality team to improve trends.
