Valeo is a global tech company that designs breakthrough solutions for mobility.Job TitleProcess / Manufacturing Engineering Engineer / TechnicianResponsibilitiesLead the industrialization of the new P1 to improve production efficiency (machine & Direct Labor) in its perimeter.Capitalize and share the know‐how of industrial processes in the domain.Participate in the design of new equipment and new lines.Lead Lean design workshops.Manage production equipment introduction using IPROM.Follow equipment or assembly line development with the supplier.Design small tools and validate the supplier proposal.Define acceptance criteria for new equipment or line.Perform pre‐acceptance and acceptance of the equipment.Conduct trials on the lines and deliver reports.Build action plans and follow up to be ready for FDPR.Perform and/or collect capabilities of equipment and process.Set up equipment and propose process validation plan.Participate in PFMEA and Control Plan.Monitor QCDM and propose impro...
