Responsibilities
- Act as a point of contact for routine procurement requests from internal stakeholders within the assigned scope of responsibility.
- Support internal stakeholders by gathering requirements and information related to procurement requests.
- Contribute to the preparation of statements of work and procurement documentation.
- Collect, analyze, and consolidate spend and supplier data for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Support the procurement team in monitoring supplier performance and identifying cost‑saving opportunities.
- Assist with supplier relationship management, flag issues as needed, and support data collection and document preparation.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date procurement records and documentation.
