Qualifications & Responsibilities
College graduate with a degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration
With or without experience, but having experience is an advantage.
Type reports, memoranda and letters related to the activities of the Procurement Department.
Receives all Purchase Requisition slips and indicate date and time of receipt.
Responsible for expediting the delivery of purchased products and services covered by purchase requisitions of orders for goods and services covered with customer order (CO).
Prepares Payment Advice Slip (PAS).
Monitor incomplete deliveries or undelivered items in PO, in reconciliation with Good Receiving Note (GRN), and follow up from suppliers and subcontractors un...
