THE ROLE

The firm is seeking an experienced Solicitor to join its leading national cross‑sector Public Procurement team. In this role, you will provide specialist support and advice on public procurement law to clients across both the public and private sectors. You will be involved in all aspects of procurement matters, acting for both contracting authorities and suppliers.

Key responsibilities include drafting and advising on procurement documentation throughout the procurement lifecycle, from contract notices and tender documentation to evaluation strategies, standstill communications, and contract awards. You will also advise on procurement strategies, deliver broader procurement advisory work, and provide guidance on procurement challenges, disputes, and decision‑making processes.
