Overview

We are currently seeking a Full Time Produce Supervisor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion and knowledge for all things produce and will assist the Produce Management Team in overseeing daily department operations, including delegating tasks, training and developing employees, providing exemplary customer service, upholding store policies, and ensuring proper rotation and display of product to meet high standards for freshness and quality.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing, motivating, training, and developing staff according to company policies and procedures.
• Merchandise produce so that it is organized and visually appealing to maximize sales and uphold overall store appearance.
