Product Designer (UX/UI)

We’re hiring a full-time, skilled Mid Product Designer for one of our partners. We seek a self-motivated Product Designer passionate about solving a wide variety of design problems using a human-centered approach. You will focus on delivering immediate product value through a strong relationship between design and technology, utilizing design systems, iterative design, and a strategic eye for all things UX.

• Convert complex business requirements and user needs into intuitive wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Plan and conduct user research, market analysis, and usability testing to validate design decisions and advocate for the user.
• Drive design system consistency by contributing reusable components and maintaining documentation for seamless developer hand-offs.
