Product Developer I

Position Summary

Under the supervision of the local R&D Manager, the incumbent is responsible for developing innovative food products and improving existing ones while ensuring product safety, product quality and cost efficiency. The role also involves working closely with cross‑functional teams and collaborating with regional and global R&D team members.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop products by generating innovative ideas and concepts for new products or product enhancements as outlined in Technical Enquiry Forms for innovation projects and Cloud for Customer.
• Create prototypes and conduct testing to validate product designs and functionalities.
• Conduct cost analyses to determine the viability and profitability of new products.
• Work with suppliers and manufacturers to source raw materials that meet quality standards and cost targets.
