Product Development Specialist - Protein Hydrolysates

About the role:

We are seeking a skilled and driven Product Development Specialist - Protein Hydrolysates (Permanent Full-time) to join our Innovation team, reporting to Head of Innovation - Protein. This role is key in driving innovation from concept to commercialisation across our protein hydrolysate product range, including casein and whey hydrolysates.

Based in our Hokitika office, you will manage and deliver innovation projects across the full product lifecycle. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage with Sales and Marketing to meet customer needs, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution. You'll also serve as a subject matter expert in protein hydrolysates, providing insights into evaluation methods, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
