• Develop and execute the comprehensive product roadmap and overarching business strategy for the LC & LCMS portfolio, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
• Deliver the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), including budget management, resource allocation, and performance metrics (KPIs) to drive profitable growth.
• Champion a customer‑centric approach, gathering deep market and customer insights to identify opportunities and translate needs into actionable product requirements and innovative solutions.
• Drive go‑to‑market (GTM) plans and product launch initiatives in close collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Applications teams to maximize adoption and revenue.
