Product Line Manager – Bostik (Arkema Group)

At Bostik , part of the Arkema Group , we are looking for a Product Line Manager to lead and develop our product portfolio across Latin America , driving growth, profitability and operational excellence.

What you’ll do:

• Manage and optimize the product portfolio lifecycle
• Define and execute commercialization strategies
• Lead product launches, sampling and margin improvement initiatives (LEAP)
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (R&D, Sales, Supply Chain, Production)
• Ensure data accuracy, SAP product codification and documentation
• Support long‑term capacity and cost evolution planning
