Summary
Lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Marketing Technology ecosystem, partnering with Marketing, Data, and Engineering to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role owns CRM, loyalty, CDP, engagement platform, and analytics instrumentation, and leads a MarTech engineering squad in a remote-first environment with regular in-person collaboration in Toronto. The Product Manager translates business objectives into prioritized product initiatives and reports to the VP of Product & Engineering.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the MarTech product vision, multi-horizon roadmap, and measurable outcomes tied to customer goals.
- Own platform strategy and evolution for CRM, loyalty (Talon.One), CDP (Rudderstack), engagement (Braze), and analytics tools.
