Position Summary
In this role you will lead the commercial strategy and lifecycle management for assigned rheumatology products to achieve annual sales and margin targets.
You will lead a sales force and collaborate with cross‐functional teams to ensure market access, brand growth, and competitive positioning.
Key Responsibilities
Lead brand strategy and manage the full product lifecycle from launch, ensuring competitive and sustainable positioning.
Define and implement the business plan, including objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs), in coordination with cross‐functional teams.
Develop and execute the Annual Brand Plan and Long‐Range Plan, including commercial planning, brand positioning, lifecycle management, demand planning, resource allocation, and identification of risks and opportunities.
