**Verantwortlichkeiten:**

+ Verantwortung für die strategische Positionierung und Weiterentwicklung des Portfolios Pyxis & Rowa in der C&EE Region
+ Steuerung und Priorisierung von Initiativen in einem komplexen, dynamischen Marktumfeld mit hoher Eigenverantwortung
+ Entwicklung und Umsetzung datengetriebener Marketing- und Wachstumsstrategien entlang klar definierter KPIs
+ Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Sales und Customer Success zur Steigerung von Pipeline, Conversion und Umsatz
