Product Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities
- Define our ideal talent profile and segments, and create positioning and messaging to support talent recruitment campaigns
- Develop content and training materials to enable talent on our platform to successfully fulfill jobs
- Plan and execute go-to-market launches for updates to our marketplace in partnership with cross‑functional teams
- Own the messaging and positioning for our traditional voice over offering (self‑service and managed services)
- Conduct talent interviews and distill learnings into voice of talent insights for the business
- Recruit talent to join beta programs and manage their participation
