The Product Operations Lead leads inventory shifts, oversees all back of house (BOH) product operations, ensures the floor and BOH are stocked and well-organized, and acts as Supervisor on Duty (SOD) while leading inventory shifts. The role also delivers a world-class guest experience when scheduled to work on the floor. Responsibilities
