What You’ll Be Doing

Reporting to the Director, Commercial Banking Business Application Management, you will support planning and execution of high‑complexity transformational projects in the Commercial Bank. You will be part of a team focused on the development, support and maintenance of Commercial Banking’s suite of technology applications used by the Line of Business for customer relationship management (CRM), pipeline management, credit compliance monitoring, and business analysis. You will provide support across the initiative lifecycle, including business case drafting, leading stakeholder sessions, strategic recommendations, and other related activities.
