Product Safety Engineer, Senior
The Senior Product Safety Engineer leads the development and implementation of hazard management methodologies to minimize corporate exposure to product liability. This role provides technical expertise in product safety and liability analysis while collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Marketing, Quality, Manufacturing, and Purchasing teams throughout the product development and manufacturing lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Lead product safety reviews and provide risk mitigation guidance during product development
- Drive product liability investigations and support litigation defense strategies
- Develop and maintain hazard assessment processes, safety standards, and test procedures
