Toromont Cat is looking for a Product Support Sales Manager (PSSM) to join our Sudbury team. The PSSM is responsible for leading, developing, and managing a team of Product Support Sales Representatives (PSSRs). This role drives profitable growth across the Parts and Service business by ensuring strong sales performance, customer engagement, and operational execution. The PSSM also plays a key role in managing the region’s P&L, using financial insights to guide decisions, optimize results, and support long term business objectives.

$103,625.00 to $129,533.00
The listed base salary is just one component of our total rewards package, and performance-based or discretionary bonuses may be available.
