Responsibilities
Provide day‐to‐day technical support for chiller products to the Field Sales & Service organization worldwide via call tree, email, and site visits, primarily focused on the Americas.
Accountable for creating and maintaining technical service bulletins, service letters, and Updates to the Solutions Database to meet and exceed internal and external customer expectations.
Support regional territories for escalated chiller technical support cases and warranty claims, facilitating timely and consistent data mining on product, failed component, defect, and responsibility.
Drive product reliability through the Continuous Improvement Process for existing and new products.
Collaborate with service branch leadership to provide technical resources and support key customer accounts at the branch level.
Participate in educating JCI associates on technical discussions regarding failure modes and their impact on equipment and customers.
