Production and Contracts Manager

JOB SUMMARY



Prepare estimates for new acquisitions/developments. Develop preconstruction budgeting “Class D Budgets” for upcoming projects and create construction budgets for active developments and phase renewal.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Work with the Sales and Marketing, Design and Construction groups to ensure all needs are discovered and met in the design and build process

Prepare Scope of Works for trades and contract in accordance with DeSantis Homes specifications to ensure consistency for project execution.

Prepare tender documents and facilitate the trade/supplier tender process.

Create and maintain a costing database and a trade/supplier database.

Compile, analyze, compare, and summarize, trade, supplier tender quotes for completeness and compliance and make recommendations to the Director of Construction to award contract. <...
