At Fresh Prep, your role as a Zero Waste Production Associate is crucial to our mission of sustainable meal delivery. You will package ingredients in a lively, fast-paced production environment, working with a close-knit team to fulfill production KPIs and maintain quality standards. Being adaptable and a strong communicator are vital for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Package assigned ingredients into Zero Waste kits
• Work collaboratively with a team of 4-5 associates
• Detect and report quality concerns on the production line
• Ensure all production targets and KPIs are met
• Operate effectively in a temperature-controlled facility
