Job Description
Lead daily production operations in a manufacturing environment
Oversee rubber injection and extrusion processes
Ensure production KPIs are met (efficiency, quality, delivery)
Optimize manufacturing processes under high operational pressure
Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and quality teams
Monitor plant performance and implement corrective actions
Support production planning and execution
Participate in internal and external audits
Ensure compliance with quality and operational standards
Supervise and develop production teams
