Key Responsibilities: The Production Kitchen Manager will learn and master all company recipes and production processes, then lead daily kitchen operations by directing and supporting the production team. This role works closely with the owner to ensure consistent product quality, efficient workflow, and a positive, high-performing kitchen environment.
Kitchen Operations
- Support the Owner and Operator in daily production and kitchen management.
- Prepare and cook food according to company recipes, methods and standards.
- Ensure consistent product quality, food safety, and sanitation practices.
- Assist in developing and maintaining efficient production workflows.
- Monitor kitchen cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health regulations.
Inventory & Ordering
- Create and manage shopping lists and inventory requirements.
