Role Purpose
Lead and manage end-to-end production of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), ensuring safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets are consistently achieved. Drive operational excellence across module/pack assembly, container integration, and testing.
Key Responsibilities
1. Production Planning & Execution
Develop and execute production plans aligned with demand forecasts and project timelines
Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials
Monitor daily/weekly/monthly production KPIs (output, efficiency, downtime)
2. Manufacturing Operations (BESS)
Oversee assembly processes including:Battery module/pack assemblyRack integrationContainerized BESS assemblyElectrical integration (PCS, BMS, HVAC, fire systems)
Ensure adherence to SOPs and work instructions
3. Quality & Compliance
