Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Plant Production Manager to lead and manage manufacturing operations in a chemical production facility. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective production while maintaining product quality, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities


Manage overall plant production activities to achieve production targets.
Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental (EHS) standards.
Optimize plant capacity utilization, productivity, and operational efficiency.
Monitor batch manufacturing processes and ensure compliance with SOPs.
Lead production planning and coordinate with QA, QC, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams.
