Production Manager Blenheim

Job Description Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Production Manager will be a key member of the site leadership team that is responsible for leading the production team in safely producing quality food that meets our customers' current and future expectations.

Location & Compensation Work Location: 303 Milo Road, Wheatley, Ontario Salary Range: 90k - 140k

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership, coaching, mentoring and training while supervising and indirectly coordinating activities of 120+ employees
• Involved with setting and executing strategic goals/plans for the Company
• Manages and oversees the production process and all sanitation activities
• Coordinates plant activities through detailed planning with supervisors and managers to ensure plant objectives are accomplished in a secure, timely and cost effective manner
• Ensures SOPs and quality control standards are developed, followed and improved upon.
