Production Manager - Night Shift

The Opportunity The Production Manager will be accountable for ensuring lines are always running effectively and optimally within their area with a trained team in place. The role will lead by example and inspire the team to deliver top results, is passionate about safety and promotes a culture where safety comes first. They will thrive in a fast‑paced environment, have a keen sense for continuous improvement, and collaborate in a forum where everyone feels comfortable bringing forward new ideas.
