General ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Product Development, Design, Merchandising, Planning and Quality teams to plan seasonal vendor allocation.Responsible for providing seasonal post-mortem analysis report of vendor bulk production performance to help guide and provide insight that will support Product team for future allocation decisions.Work with Senior Product Development Manager on allocation of bulk orders to appropriate suppliers through consideration of capability, workmanship, and costing.Ensure production runs smoothly, efficiently, and meets quality and performance standards.Responsible for troubleshooting issues that arise during production to delivery only first quality goods to our customers.Build and enforce compliance standards in accordance with company's QC manual as well as industry policies and best practices.Oversee and manage quality testing of fabric and components with 3rd party SGS testing lab.Define production quality procedures and manage roll-out to al...
