Production Manager

Role Overview

As a Production Manager you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all manufacturing operations related to automotive cable and wiring system production. This role ensures efficient production planning, high-quality output, cost control, and compliance with automotive industry standards (e.g., IATF 16949), while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules aligned with customer demand.
• Ensure on-time delivery and monitor production KPIs, adjusting resources as needed.
• Optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity and reduce scrap and downtime.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S).
• Ensure compliance with quality standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001) and reduce defects.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions (8D methodology).
