- Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring the production process runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of production supervisors, team leads, and production staff.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and maintain quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, supply chain, and quality assurance, to streamline processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and take corrective actions as needed.
