Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead and optimize our shop operations. This role is responsible for overseeing the full production cycle—from approved drawings to finished product—ensuring efficiency, quality, and on‑time delivery. You will work closely with project managers, shop staff, and installation teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
