This Global manufacturing company located in Vaughan, is looking for a Production Manager for a full time 1 year contract (potential extension). The successful candidate is responsible for supporting production supervisors on staffing, scheduling, and overall production performance while driving growth in output, quality, and revenue through effective team leadership and operational oversight.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to production supervisors fostering a culture of safety, quality, reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement aligned with Lean principles.
- Review production and operational performance data to measure productivity, identify cost-reduction opportunities, eliminate waste, and drive process optimization initiatives.
