Production - Night Shift Supervisor

Job Description

Crestline Coach Ltd. is seeking an energetic & professional individual to add to our Production Team as Production Supervisor.

Work Schedule: Nightshift, Monday – Thursday, 4:00pm to 2:30am

As a Production Supervisor, you will be able to:

Support Daily Manufacturing Throughput and Output

• Assist the Production Manager with managing Production staff and to meet or exceed manufacturing, safety, and quality goals in order to improve profitability
• Ensure the Production staff stay focused on customer satisfaction, zero defects, on-time delivery and cost reduction objectives
• Work collaboratively with Supply Chain and Engineering to problem-solve Production related issues to minimize rework.
• Assist the Production Manager with executing Lean Manufacturing processes with a focus on standardized work, material flow, kanban and scrap reduction initiatives
