Production Supervisor

Compensation:

- Hourly Rate: $44 to 46 / hour (plus shift premiums)

- Vacation: 3 weeks

Schedule:

- Rotating three-shift schedule (2-week rotations):

- Days: 7:00 AM – 3:15 PM

- Afternoons: 3:00 PM – 11:15 PM

- Midnights: 11:00 PM – 7:15 AM

Role and Responsibilities:

• Operational Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive production schedules to optimize material usage, labor allocation, and equipment uptime.
• Technical Leadership: Provide high-level technical guidance to Set-Up and Packer Operators; investigate complex mechanical or process issues and implement sustainable solutions.
