Production Supervisor – Lean Manufacturing Lead

Littelfuse is seeking a Production Supervisor in Matehuala, San Luis Potosí, responsible for supervising medium to large teams in manufacturing operations. You will ensure efficient, quality-focused production that meets operational goals, coordinating activities and supporting continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing tools.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, have at least 2 years of supervisory experience, and strong conflict management skills.
