Production Supervisor - Night Shift Leadership

Join Crestline Coach Ltd. as a Night Shift Production Supervisor, where you'll lead a results-driven team in a lean manufacturing environment. This role facilitates continuous improvement in operations.
Working Monday to Thursday from 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM, you will support the Production Manager and ensure exceptional manufacturing throughput. Your responsibilities will require a focus on safety and quality while training your team for peak performance.

• Manage production staff and daily manufacturing goals
• Execute Lean Manufacturing processes and problem-solving

Requirements:
